Project Compass, Funded by the USDA Broadband Technical Assistance Program has the goal of supporting high-speed Internet access, digital skills, and infrastructure planning in underserved rural Michigan communities. The project utilizes the Digital Opportunities Compass framework in eight rural communities to understand local needs, develop a digital skill strategy, and provide technical assistance.
