Merit’s Member Engagement Managers, lovingly referred to as the “MEM’s” within our organization, serve as the primary liaison for Merit Member organizations.
Their mission is to help Merit Members reach their strategic objectives by effectively extending the resources of their own organizations.
The team is dedicated to ensuring Member success by offering exceptional service support and collaborating with Merit Operations and leadership to prioritize the Member experience and the value Merit delivers to its Members. The Member Engagement team prioritizes your organization, guaranteeing that Merit provides value and ensures a positive Member experience at every interaction.
OUR MEMBER ENGAGEMENT MANAGERS:

- Act as Member liaisons and advocates
- Can provide a contact list for escalation within Merit management
