A possible blizzard may be on the horizon for Michigan, but the Merit Support Center (MSC) will operating as normal during the winter storm.
The MSC will offer 24×7 assistance to Members with network connection issues and questions related to services, including MeritMail, MeritVoice, Merit RADb, Merit Colocation, and others. In addition, the Merit Support Center will assist with new service inquiries and provide Erate support.
This is a good time to ensure that you have the correct contact information for the Merit Support Center handy and that your contacts are correct in Merit’s database. Contact information for the MSC can be found in the Member Portal at:
