Merit Network Inc. is pleased to announce that on April 1, 2010 it signed an agreement with VMware Inc. to provide VMware licensing to public sector organizations throughout the state of Michigan.
The agreement gives Merit Network the unlimited ability to license VMware’s industry-leading suite of state-of-the-art virtualization software and technological support services. Merit Members in the area of higher education (public universities, private colleges and community colleges), K-12 intermediate school districts, libraries, governmental agencies and medical-teaching health care institutions are eligible to participate.
