Executive Director of Network Operations
Delle Clair
Delle serves as the Executive Director of Network Operations where she is responsible for the Network Operations Infrastructure and Engineering Teams who manage and maintain network connectivity over the State of Michigan in a 24x7x365 structure.
Delle came to Merit in 2019 serving as the Senior Project Manager for the Business Systems Team. In 2022, Delle became the Director of Network Operations and led the Operations Team in completing the MOON-Light NTIA Grant Project, a 120 optical site refresh project.
Prior to her time at Merit, Delle was the Global Business Analyst for NSF International. Delle has 20 years in operational and project management leadership, with a focus in Business Analysis, LEAN Implementation, Technical Operations and Systems,
Delle is certified in Project Management, a member of the Michigan Council of Women in Technology, and a national and international technical conference presenter with focuses in LEAN process and continuous improvement for teams. In her free time Delle coaches dance, and spends time with her family in a skating rink or theatre.
