Megan Knittel
Dr. Megan Knittel is the Digital Opportunity Project Manager at Merit Network, where she oversees the statewide Digital Opportunities Compass initiative, providing infrastructure strategic planning support and technical assistance to under-resourced rural communities across the state of Michigan. Her scholarship focuses on critical examinations of emerging technologies and their impact on individuals and communities. She is also a research fellow with the James H. and Mary B. Quello Center in the Department of Media & Information at Michigan State University.
