2016 Member Survey Results

The 2016 Merit Member Survey recently concluded, and participants provided their feedback on several topics related to Merit, including services, email communications, support and the Merit Commons.

  • The biggest IT or networking concern for survey participants for 2017 was by far security. Nearly 60% of respondents mentioned security or cybersecurity as their top priority, with bandwidth being the second major concern.

  • Training, improved response time and lower pricing were among the points of emphasis mentioned in the ways that Merit can better serve its Members. Most participants indicated that they were pleased with the service and support they were receiving from Merit’s staff.

  • Members also provided their comments and suggestions regarding the Merit Commons, the social portal platform for Merit’s Members.
