Members with Merit Cloud Media can access statistics showing how many media objects have been uploaded as well as how much storage is being used.
Users who are administrators of their institution’s Cloud Media service are able to access statistics through the Cloud Media administrator dashboard. But organization administrators can now view that same detail while in the Merit Member Portal.
Using the new tool, administrators can view snapshots of usage (1 month, 3 month, 6 month increments) or see a historical view. There is also a bar at the bottom of the graph that allows you to manually change the time frame.
You can also view your current service limit so you can see where you’re at now and how close you are to hitting your storage limit.
Users with access to the Member Portal have been able to view statistics showing bandwidth and VDC utilization. Now, with the addition of Cloud Media statistics, Members can use the Member Portal as a one-stop shop for a high level view of your organization’s usage of Merit Services.
