Exodus Sale to C&W Completed

It's been announced today that the sale of Exodus to C&W has been
completed, after approval by the courts and regulatory agencies.
Executive summary is that Exodus will run as a separate business unit,
with all C&W and Digital Island hosting coming under the Exodus name with
the C&W "globe" logo. Full details at:

The only question that remains in my mind, as an Exodus customer, is "will
they merge the IP networks?" And I sure hope the answer is no :)
