Focus Group Volunteers Needed

Over the coming months, Merit will be exploring potential improvements to the Member Portal and some of our products and services to better meet your needs.

Your feedback and ideas are critical in this process. We will be holding 90-minute focus group sessions, online and/or in person on November 5 and 6; each will focus on soliciting recommendations for improvements to the Merit Portal & Firewall Service offering. If you’re interested in participating, please email [email protected] for more information. The input we receive from our members during these informal conversations will shape a number of Merit offerings over the years to come and representation from our community members is imperative.

As a thank you, your organization will be recognized and applauded at the 2019 Merit Member Conference. In addition, for every member that participates in a focus group, Merit will donate $50 toward a cybersecurity education scholarship for a Michigan high school student!
