Easily Communicate and Share Information Using Merit WebConnect

Uniting video, audio and web conferencing in one online interface, Merit WebConnect is an enterprise-level web conferencing solution. The flexible service allows users to communicate and collaborate in a variety of ways.

Interactive Features

Merit WebConnect provides a shared whiteboard and chat window for conference participants, accessible from within a web browser. A conference presenter may share a view of his/her desktop and applications with participants, and as needed, pass presenting duties to other participants during a session. Simple surveys can be conducted from the online interface.

Attendees may participate in an audio conference via phone or computer desktop audio. Using a webcam, participants may join a conference via video.

Merit WebConnect also provides a personal meeting room, an "always on" conference room that doesn't require scheduling and is only used when a presenter requests it.

Flexible Scheduling & Pricing

Merit WebConnect offers simple subscription pricing and gives Members the flexibility of using the service whenever it is convenient. Organizations can sign up for accounts as needed. Each subscription account will have a low monthly fee and provide unlimited web conferencing usage. The service also includes audio conferencing over the computer. If a toll-free number is needed for a conference, an organization will be able to use it based on a per-use fee.

You can schedule a Merit WebConnect session in advance, but impromptu meetings and conferences are not a problem. Merit WebConnect events can be scheduled in a matter of minutes, giving users the flexibility to use the service when needed.

Conference sessions are logged with a billing identifier that enables an organization to easily bill a department or an internal set of users as needed.

All Merit WebConnect users are bound by AT&T's end user agreement and Merit's Acceptable Use Policy. AT&T's EULA is available at: http://uc.att.com/mobile/m/eula/
