Register for MITE Forum

Thank you for your interest in joining the Michigan Information Technology Executive Forum. The MITE Forum is a group of information technology executives from Michigan educational institutions who interact to share information, ideas, and resources. The Forum is directed by its members and hosted by Merit Network.

The annual membership fee for the MITE Forum is $250 for individuals from Merit Network Member organizations. As a member you will have access to the MITE Forum's online discussion list as well as to the group's quarterly face-to-face meetings.

To initiate a membership, please complete the form below. Staff at Merit Network will process your registration and send an invoice to the address you specify in the second section of the form. As the end of your membership year approaches, you will be contacted to ask if you wish to renew your membership.
