Announcing selected presentations at the Merit Member Conference

Merit Network is pleased to announce several breakout presentations that will be part of the 2009 Merit Member Conference on June 11-12 in Ann Arbor. The MMC program committee, comprising members of the Merit community, has worked since December to build an agenda that reflects today's most important topics in networking, computing, and the use of technology to serve organizations. The program continues to grow, and several additional presentations will be added in the coming months. Also included will be a full track of presentations on Merit's services and several sessions featuring members of Michigan's academic community. The agenda promises to provide an comprehensive look at the technologies, opportunities, and policy issues of highest interest to today's information professionals.

Details and Registration

The 2009 Merit Member Conference will be held at the Four Points by Sheraton Ann Arbor on Thursday, June 11 and Friday, June 12, with preconference workshops (topics to be announced) on June 10. Registration for attendees from Merit Member organizations is $189. Persons not connected with a Merit Member organization are welcome to attend for a two-day registration of $229. 0Registration for Thursday only is $139; Friday-only registration is $90.
