2007-08 Merit Network Annual Report Now Available

ANN ARBOR - Merit Network has completed its 2007-08 Annual Report and is pleased to make printed and electronic copies of the document available from its web site at:

Inside this year's report, you will find details on Merit Network's Annual Report graphic

backbone network upgrades, new Members, research activities, new services, professional learning events, and spotlights of Merit's Members.

The report includes the recipients of this year's Merit Awards, which are presented annually at the Merit Member Conference to individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to computer networking and the Merit community. The following organizations and recipients were recognized for their accomplishments:

Award for Meritorious Service

In addition, the 2007-08 Annual Report spotlights several Merit Member organizations that are developing innovative programs, providing leadership, and positively impacting their communities. Spotlighted organizations include:
