Merit's Member RelationsMember Relations is responsible for the relationship with all of our Members and ensuring the best Member Experience. We are responsible for actively engaging our Members to make sure that all of their needs are taken care of in order to best help them achieve their strategic mission.
Member Relations Mission:
The mission of Member Relations is to be a proactive and engaging manager of the overall Member relationship. Member Relations provides effective outreach to identify and respond to Merit Member's needs through timely and important communication, project management, strategic community and partnership building, and in-person engagement. Member Relations is the primary conduit and advocate between Merit and the Member, and is responsible for growing Merit's Membership, engaging with Members to continuously strengthen existing relationships, and to proactively assist the Members in leveraging their service with Merit.
Member Relations Vision:
Member Relations will be the key to developing, strengthening, and enhancing the overall relationship with each of Merit's current and potential Members. Member Relations will be active in the communities that Merit serves and foster partnerships for the greater good of the strategic organizations in the communities. Successfully cultivated relationships by Member Relations will enable Merit to be the most complete, trusted, and cost-effective network-based service solution for any higher education, K-12 school district, library, government entity, or non-profit organization. Member Relations will be responsive, thorough, engaging, empathetic, resourceful, and dependable to all of Merit's current and potential Members.
