Hello Jeff,
One thing that comes to mind is software packaging, as you've already
started a little. I'm working on redoing configuration defaults and
fully implementing config files; we'll want to distribute sample configs
with the best (most appropriate/usable) defaults, and even need to put
together man pages for the various config files themselves (listing each
setting and a helpful description of each). And of course any OS
packages usually prefer a little different filesystem layout, different
defaults, etc., so they somewhat go hand in hand. Sound interested in
that piece?
Another area that I've not seen anyone working on is some general
calea help documentation .. see:
