[OpenCALEA] Project Development and Resources

Hello,

My name is Mark Esser, and I am the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the California ISP Association. The largest Association of ISPs in the United States, with over 100 members.

I would like to offer my assistance to this project and help move it along as fast as possible. Therefore, I am offering the resources of the California ISP Association LAB, which is based at Markon Computer Science Inc. Lomita, Ca., along with a number of my students from UCLA, whom have shown an intested in helping this project.

Moreover, the California ISP Association has a budget for CALEA projects, and your project fits the bill!!!!

Also, the California ISP Association has a very Close working relationship with the new Speaker of the House of reps. and a very large presents with most of the news agencies in the United States. We can assist this project also, by utilizing these resources.

Therefore, I request letting the California ISP Associaton join as a developer and as a sponser for this project.
