I might try to make some manpages for the utils, too. Maybe an
"opencalea" man page with a top level overview, then "opencalea-tap",
"opencalea-controller", etc. for each tool. I'm guessing make the
actual manpage eg. "tap.8" with a symlink of "opencalea-tap.8".

As for tcp, it's not covered in the standard how to delineate separate
packets (and actually only covers CmC packet format). I believe we
could use transactional tcp with the udp format, though I have
absolutely no experience there.
I'll post some related thoughts separately. A diagram would probably
be worth 1000 words here, but I'm a pretty fast typist, so I don't know
if I'll get to that. :)
