[OpenCALEA] opencalea v0.6 features?

I wanted to get some input from people who might have been using
the opencalea code on what the next set of features we should target
for release v0.6 (some of these like tcp support are likely to
get pushed out to v0.7)

So far we anticipate the following:

- improved logging/debug capability
- support for "batch-status" command
- support for reading parameters from config file
- bug fixes/patches
- ** README file that describes how to use the various utilities
- tcp support for sending to LEA
