[OpenCALEA] ASN.1

Does anyone know if the asn.1 definitions from the standards can be
distributed with a program like opencalea? Also where to get them...
we bought ATIS-1000678 and it says "NOTE - Annex A, ASN.1 Definitions,
of this Standard has also been formatted as a separate plain text file
and electronically packaged with this standard." however, our copy
(.pdf) did not have it.

I'm thinking if we can pull the pieces in to use ASN.1 soon, and the
definition files are readily available, lets get to it.
