MERIT NETWORK, INC. - NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER - INFORM MESSAGE
SUBJECT: MAINTENANCE - LEVEL3 Circuit
SCOPE: Circuit between Chicago, IL (EQUINIX-GIGSW1)
and Chicago, IL (NW-CHI-GIGSW1)
STATUS: This maintenance was not completed at the expected time of
06:30 on 10/12/2007 and convergence issues are still
present in the Merit network. This condition is
especially pronounced in sites that are directly connected
through Merit's ethernet including the Metro Detroit
Fiber Ring, Lansing Fiber Ring, and the Grand Rapids Fiber
Ring.
MAINTENANCE WINDOW START: Friday, 12 October 2007, 06:00 EDT
MAINTENANCE WINDOW END: ongoing
COMMENTS: Merit technicians are on site at the problem
location and working towards resolution.
