Please join us for a progress report on the August 2007 Network Outage. The 
Merit Community update is scheduled for Thursday, September 6, 2007 at 9:30 
AM to 10:30AM. You can join via either webcast and/or audio conference. 
Merit engineers and management staff will be present during the broadcast 
to provide a network and communication update plan and to share and answer 
any questions you may have.

Listed below is the connection information to participate in the Merit 
Community Network Progression Update to be broadcast, live, Thursday, 
September 6, 2007, starting at 9:30 AM, EDT.

There is a link on Merit's main web site under "Upcoming Merit Events" at: 
http://www.merit.edu/ click-on the link "Live Webcast: Network Progression 
Update".

Or you can go directly to the sign-in page at:

Detail connection information will be provided after registering. If you 
are not able to join via the webcast and can only join via the 
Teleconference Bridge, you can register at anytime to receive the detailed 
Teleconference Bridge telephone number and conference code and PIN.

The Teleconference Bridge will support up to 40 callers at one time. 
Therefore, if you could join via Webcast we would greatly appreciate it. 
You will have the option to ask questions and provide input either via 
completing the "Question Web Form" or by calling into the Teleconference 
Bridge [please remember to "mute" your computer audio when calling in] to 
ask your question or provide input. Once your question/input has been 
addressed, please disconnect from the Teleconference Bridge [i.e. if you 
are participating via webcast] to provide an opportunity for others to call 
in. You can also send questions and input to: webcast@merit.edu and we will 
read your question/input aloud to the whole group and respond.
