SUBJECT: Merit Network hardware failure.
SCOPE: Merit Regional Network.
STATUS: The hardware related problem experienced earlier has
resurfaced and is causing sluggishness and intervals
where users may experience complete loss of connectivity.
We are actively working on restoration of services at
all levels including working with the vendors'
engineering department.
There is currently no ETR. Again, thank you for your
patience and understanding while we resolve this matter.
