I've seen this crop up on a couple of mailing lists I'm on.  It's
not a big problem, but end users are getting tweaked.

Users get an e-mail telling them that if the file sulfnbk.exe exists on
their system, they are infected with a virus that virus detection software
will not find.  This is a normal file present in Windows used to restore
long file names.  Deletion of the file does not cause any immediate
problems and it may be retrieved through a couple of methods.  Users
are urged to forward the warning to everyone in their address book.
