Paul Howell leaving and not leaving Merit

As some of you learned at the Merit Joint Technical Staff meeting 
last week, Paul Howell is leaving Merit at the end of this week. Paul 
is taking a new security related job at the University of Michigan, 
so he isn't going far. He will be missed at Merit.

I am pleased to be able to announce that Paul has agreed to continue 
his work on Netsec on a part-time basis (Merit will pay him for his 
time). Paul will continue to post items to netsec@merit.edu and to 
update the list of network security released bookmarks that are 
available on Merit's Web pages at:
