There's a story on script kiddies at
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/WPlate/1999-03/10/084l-031099-idx.html

A script kiddy is a term for someone who doesn't possess the technical
skills necessary to crack into a system, or develop an exploit, but
instead pulls code which can do something, and runs it. They really
don't understand how the code works, just that it does something they'd
like to have done.
