Net Neutrality Legislation Introduced in U.S. Senate

Network neutrality legislation has again received attention from Congress. On Tuesday, January 9, North Dakota Democratic Sen. Byron Dorgan and Maine Republican
Sen. Olympia Snowe introduced the bill in the Senate.

The measure is identical to the bill that was introduced in the last session of Congress, but did not make it
to the floor for a vote. It is similar to an earlier amendment that failed to make it out of the
Senate Commerce Committee.
