Hello,

I remember looking for info on someone that has posted to
NANOG for a long time.  I ended up at a web collaboration
tool website that was the person's current work.  The tool
had a Japanese name and was free.

I know this is really generic, but does anyone know what the
name of the tool is?  My beer-busted brain cells didn't
retain that, but I'd sure like to look into the tool again.
