We’re in Milwaukee
and having problems connecting to some sites in New
England. Tracert shows it going through some Level 3 routers, and
then it stops. I called Level 3 and they’re blaming bad weather, but didn’t
give me any details. Are you seeing anything similar?

Anyone
experiencing problems with Wiltel Backbone, or know of any issues with the
Wiltel Backbone? I called their NOC and was told they are experiencing a
nationwide routing problem that they are working on but couldn’t get any
further details?
