Network Neutrality Panel at NANOG

Are you anti-network neutrality? Do you think that Ed Whitacre has the right
idea for the future of the net? Do you think that the only way to pay for
next generation broadband services is for content providers to pay up?

I'm looking for a panelist for the next NANOG to speak from a
pro-Bell/anti-neutrality POV. Of course, an employee of Verizon or AT&T, or
a smaller iLEC (or an MSO) would be wonderful, but not required. There will
be three other panelists with a variety of opinions.
