RE: Cogent network wide latency

I just got an update from cogent, I was advised that they have 80, eighty sites down.  They are still working to restore services to those sites.

At this time, Cogent is experiencing latency and routing issues on the Cogent backbone. The NOC is currently investigating. The Estimated Time to Repair is unknown at this time. Please reference HD412738.
