Someone has to pay for the Internet. The users aren't.
hum... then what am i getting for my monthly 4000+
bills from telcos and ISPs for "data services" and
"internet transit" services?
Its already a 2 tiered internet (acess network).
There is the residential broadband users' internet
There is the colo's, datecenter and generally speaking 'buisness' internet.
Which one isnt being paid for by its users?
