This should sort you out.
no keepalive
spanning-tree bpdufilter enable
add
no mop enabled
if your IOS also supports DECnet. Having
no ip gratuitous-arps (general command)
and
no ip proxy-arp (interface subcommand)
makes your IXP-Operator even more happier.
