So send out another email.

"Hey people, something came up and we couldn't get started on schedule.
We've rescheduled the test to begin at 16:00 UTC, June 20."

Incidentally, I got a small flurry of MAXAS-LIMIT messages from our
transit routers, but only saw the {2121,...} set.
