Anyone else having resend/timout issues with Yahoo mail accounts?

 Lately I have been having lots of problems with yahoo timing out with mail
from our mailing list server. (as shown below) 
 Is anyone else having an issue like this with them?
 People are getting 5-8 messages before it stops.
 It seems to only be with mail sent from our mailing list server. So I assume
its quantity based.

to=<userxxxx@yahoo.com>, relay=mx2.mail.yahoo.com[67.28.114.34], delay=12410,
status=deferred (conversation with mx2.mail.yahoo.com[67.28.114.34] timed out
while sending end of data -- message may be sent more than once)
