For those that use spamassassin, in ~/.spamassassin/user_prefs:
header VIRUS_BOUNCE X-MailScanner =~ /Found to be clean/
describe VIRUS_BOUNCE Has X-MailScanner with virus signature.
score VIRUS_BOUNCE 5.0
