Try 12.0.X-SX
Where X is the latest version.
In the lasts series there is some bugs with snmp counters, check in cisco bug
database.
Where are using 12.0.23S (This ios have the snmp counter bug :( )
Is out there any 12.0.XS whithout snmp counter bug?
Btw: search in cisco-nsp mailing list archive.
