AADS Website

Hi there,
www.aads.net lost its Internet connectivity some weeks ago, and is unaccessible. As an AADS customer, i asked for a peering with AS10764 to have access to the website, what seems me to be part of the AADS service, but they did not accept.
Anybody else experiencing problems with AADS ?
