Didn't see this posted. Thought it fit with the WCOM story.
Adelphia, the sixth-largest U.S. cable company, said it and more than 200
subsidiaries are seeking protection from creditors in a Chapter 11 filing
with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of New York
