There is not ANY sharp boundary between 1 computer and many
computers -:). It can
be less that 1 computer, 1.0 computer, 1.02 computer and so on -:)...
On the flip side, even if they ignore all non-Microsoft systems both
Windows Terminal server and Windows XP can have multiple, simultaneous
users, so a single-user ban wouldn't work much better.
