OT: Looking for AOL/ANS BigDial contact

Hi,
I apologize for asking here, but if there are any AOL folks that deal with
the USR/3Com dialup gear I have someone over on the usr-tc list that needs
a hand with getting a nasty bug resolved in their current (and past) DSP
code. Brick wall at 3Com.
And if Earthlink (ex-mindspring) is still running these boxes, someone
there would be helpful as well.
