Performance monitoring package utilizing Cisco SAA

Hi nanog,
I wonder if there is any third part IP network performance monitoring software utilizing
Cisco SAA (Service Assure Agent) feature ? The package should be able to generate
and publish performance & SLA report in web style (better with historical graph, like
MRTG).
BTW, if not utilize Cisco SAA what do you use for your backbone performance monitoring ?
