mae-east customer service (Re: A moment of silence)

Can someone who is paying Worldcom for service at mae-east call
mfs/worldcom and ask what the current status is? I understand
worldcom doesn't have the best reputation as a customer service
driven company, but someone in the organization must know the
actual status of mae-east.
