Intel 460T switch. http://www.intel.com/network/products/exp460t.htm
802.1p, 802.1Q, managed, link aggregation, gigabit or fiber module,
embedded webserver, 1U size, around $830 (12-port).
(well, ok, it may not be *the cheapest*, but...)
