Ever tried peer to peer communication between two peers, each hidden behind
seperate NAT'ed networks?  (i won't even mention the poorly written application
routine) *slams buzzer* sorry, using an intermediate server is typically not a
terribly scalable approach.  thanks for playing, though. :-)

To prescribe such process that you must NAT as a default is insane.
Nonetheless, it should be encouraged where feasible.
