Re: New York City: ATT Local Service (TCG)

It may or may not be related, but a local TV station (channel 4) 
reported a major Bell Atlantic fiber cut.  They said that it affected 
Bell Atlantic long distance customers from "Virginia to Maine", and 
that customers of AT&T, MCI, and Sprint might also be affected.
