NYC - NYCMNY56 CO

We've had two seperate vendors report some type of general outage at this
CO in Manhattan, meaning POTS, leased line, colo'd DSL. I can only
imagine it's a power issue if such a variety of services are dead. One
claims BA has had other outages in the city throughout the day...
