Hurray for NANOG

Turns out that @Home name servers were frantically trying to do
a reverselookup on a customer of a customer's IP.
We put in a dummy reverse that at least made the traffic levels
go down. Question now is why a missing PTR record would make name
servers go wild.
Hurray for @home to respond!
