Re: Power outage in Vienna, Virginia and other things

PEPCO and Virginia Power reported about 10,000 customers without power
this morning due to the storms moving through the area. There are lots
of Internet functions concentrated in Fairfax, Herndon, Vienna, the
District of Columbia; all areas with some power outages. Overall it
appears providers are doing a better job of keeping stuff running.
I didn't see any 'important' services go down.
Maybe ISPs have finally got it?
Then again maybe not. There is a fiber cut in Herndon, VA.
