IXC fiber cut in Midland, MI

Incase anyone has ckts in michigan on IXC.

They have a splicing trailer and crew on site (Midland).
ETR is 1.5 hours from now.
This is a dig that IXC was aware of. As such, they arranged to have an IXC
tech on site to supervise. The person running the backhoe didn't want to
wait for the tech to arrive this morning and fired up the backhoe and
proceeded to destroy the fiber cable. I'm told that words are being
exchanged about this.
